What carries across, why four to five years of purchase history decides whether your expiry returns can still be claimed, how the test migration works before anything goes live, and how many hours your shop is actually down.
The renewal invoice arrives once a year and most owners pay it without reading it. Six checks worth twenty minutes: whether you can get your own data out, what you are really paying, how long support actually takes, whether your shops work as one, whether it still runs fast, and whether you can reach it from home.
