We have dealers stationed in most of those towns, so there is someone local who knows your area and your trade, with our own team in Kolkata behind them.

Yes. Installation and staff training are done in person, at your premises. That part is not negotiable, because software nobody has been trained on does not get used. Depending on where you are, that will be our own team from Kolkata or the dealer stationed in your district.
You call or send a WhatsApp message during working hours, and most problems are settled there and then over remote access — faster than waiting for anybody to travel. Where the problem needs somebody physically present, we have a dealer stationed in the area who comes to you, with our team in Kolkata behind them.
The software costs the same wherever you are. Where travel is involved for installation, that is discussed openly and agreed before anything starts. You will not find it added to a bill afterwards.
Both, and you will know which. Outside Kolkata a dealer stationed in your area handles visits and local support, while the software, the licensing and the overall relationship stay with us. If you are ever unhappy with a dealer, you speak to us directly.
